Melanie Waters

Austin since 1994. Real estate since 2004. Still loves both.

Melanie Waters arrived in Austin for college and remained in the city, confirming after a post-graduation departure that Austin was her home. Living here since 1994, her connection to the community has strengthened over time.

Prior to entering real estate, Melanie worked in sales at Dell for over a decade. This experience provided valuable skills: listening ability, reliable follow-through, and focus on client priorities. She began her real estate career in 2004 and continues finding fulfillment in the work.

Clients appreciate Melanie’s warmth and dependability. She maintains open communication, provides honest guidance when needed, and consistently delivers on commitments. She tailors her approach to each client’s needs, whether they prefer a faster pace or a more measured process.

Outside of work, Melanie spends time with loved ones. As an active sports parent, she attends her children’s football and soccer events. She also enjoys running, reading, and visiting her family’s Lake LBJ property during summer months.
