Victoria Pearson has always been drawn to homes; the way they are put together, the way they feel, and what a little vision can do to boost a real estate investment. She grew up in Texas and Oklahoma, spent her early career in San Francisco and Los Angeles, and has called Austin home since the Frost Tower was the tallest building in town. Living in different cities and training in interior design gives her an expert eye for what makes a home work and what improvements yield the best returns.

Before real estate, Victoria worked in medical sales, helping patients recover from chronic wounds. It had nothing obvious to do with houses, except that it required careful listening, patient problem-solving, and putting the person in front of her first. Those habits carried over to real estate.

Renovating her first home deepened her interest and eventually led her to investing and real estate representation. Today she helps clients see both sides of a property: the practical and the personal. She’s good at helping people think clearly without losing sight of their goals.

Victoria lives in Northwest Hills with her family and their rescue husky mix, Sunny. She is a 12 year volunteer with CASA and involved in local community work. In her free time you’ll find her cooking, collecting art, salsa dancing, and shopping estate sales in her beloved neighborhood of Northwest Hills.
