A New Era for Dochen REALTORS®

“I am thrilled to announce a new era for Dochen REALTORS®. Effective January 1, 2023, we will enter into a partnership with Bramlett Residential to become the Dochen Realty Group at Bramlett Residential.”

When I established Carol Dochen REALTORS® in 1991, “family” was the common theme woven throughout my goals. I vowed to treat my clients like family as I helped them move from one major chapter of their lives to the next. I knew I wanted to build a caring, “like-family” team that shared my vision and was passionate about going the extra mile. And I wanted to be successful so I could generously give back to the Austin community which had so warmly welcomed me 10 years earlier when Sandy and I, freshly married, moved back to his hometown to start our own family.

Fast forward: It’s 2022 and Dochen REALTORS® has achieved all my goals – and more.  Now a team of 10 multigenerational REALTORS® that includes my daughter Katie, Dochen REALTORS® has achieved a stellar reputation of caring service. We have personally walked thousands of clients – including several generations within families – through their biggest lifestyle decisions. We have been recognized countless times locally and regionally for our sales and service success. Our philanthropic efforts continue to make a meaningful difference in Austin and are an immersed element of our brand. I can proudly say that “caring” and “family” have indeed become the hallmarks of Dochen REALTORS® throughout our 31 years of helping individuals and families buy and sell their homes.

Now, with great pride in all we’ve built and will continue to achieve, I am thrilled to announce a new era for Dochen REALTORS®. Effective January 1, 2023, we will enter into a partnership with Bramlett Residential to become the Dochen Realty Group at Bramlett Residential.

This exciting milestone will integrate our team of agents and brokers with Bramlett’s team of 50 agents, brokers and support staff, adding new systems and technology that will enhance and expand our ability to serve our clients.

Bramlett Residential founder Eric Bramlett and I are very enthusiastic about our great-fit partnership. We share a strong commitment to Austin. We are local. We serve local. Our combined team of 60+ individuals will be a first-rate blend of innovation, quality service, and phenomenal market and industry knowledge.

While our name will change on January 1st, our location at 4501 Spicewood Springs Road will stay the same. So will our familiar logo, tweaked just a bit to reflect our new partnership. What will never change is our passion for personal service and our love for community that’s stronger than ever.

As I proudly transition with Eric into our new partnership, I do so with immense gratitude for your friendship, loyalty and business that have exceeded all my goals of 31 years ago.
