Arlene Maze brings success as a real estate investor and unique knowledge gained from more than 30 years as a CPA and business owner to ensure comprehensive real estate services for her buyers and sellers. She began her real estate career with Dochen REALTORS® and works diligently for clients in neighborhoods all over the Austin area.

As a fourth-generation Austinite and third-generation Austin Realtor®, Katie has deep roots and a great love for this community. Her first homebuying experience in 2017 inspired her to make the process for her clients as straightforward and transparent as possible. While real estate can seem complex, Katie draws on her professional background in communications and project management to support and guide her clients through their real estate journey.

As a longtime resident of the Austin area, Patti’s personal knowledge and experience is a great advantage for her clients. She specializes in working with clients in the North Austin communities and helping adults 50+ in downsizing to new homes. She takes her expertise to the next level by providing the highest level of customer service. Patti values communication, integrity and professionalism while helping her clients with buying or selling their home.

Leah Gay Roustan is the newest member of the Dochen REALTORS® team! She has 12 years in the business working in South Padre Island. She was active with the South Padre Island Board of REALTORS® where she was voted 2020 REALTOR® of the Year. Having grown up in Northwest Hills in Austin, she has known Carol & Katie Dochen since she was 4 years old. Making the choice to come to Dochen REALTORS® very easy! Leah loves the whole real estate process! Once you start the process with her, you are a team, and she is invested in your transaction like it was her very own. Leah is fluent in Spanish, has a husband and two amazing kids, and is excited to be back in her hometown helping sellers and buyers navigate the Austin Real Estate Market.
