About Nancy Taute
Nancy Taute has been helping clients buy and sell real estate since 2003. Married to a builder/remodeler, Bill Taute, for more than 30 years, they developed and sold a 78704 urban single-family community in the early 2000’s. Nancy has vast knowledge of new construction in addition to resale homes.

Nancy’s favorite part about living in Austin is being surrounded by live music, spectacular food, and her Rugby & Mahjong Friends.

Her favorite neighborhood is Travis Heights. This area of Austin is located near the bustling downtown area where there is shopping, wide-open parks, and a perfect image of Austin’s city life. Nancy also recommends Barton Hills, a great neighborhood near Zilker Park, a.k.a the home of Austin City Limits Music Festival. She also likes to visit Mueller to check out the restaurants, parks & wildlife the area has to offer.
Community Involvement
On a personal note, Nancy is involved in volunteering for her community as a chief cook providing meals for an Alzheimer’s respite program.

Personal Life
Her family is always number one, whether spending time in Houston with an aging parent, or enjoying time with her extended family and friends in Austin, especially her adorable grandchildren and grand dogs. When free time is available, Nancy and Bill enjoy traveling, following local and global rugby, as well as local music, good food, and of course Aggie Football.
