About Nancy
Nancy Taute has been helping clients buy and sell real estate since 2003.
Her keen eye for detail and broad, do-it-yourself, entrepreneurial know-how, as well as great problem-solving skills, translates into big adventures for her clients across the greater Austin and Central Texas area. Nancy once traveled 300 miles in a day helping clients search for the perfect ranch property. In the office, she is known as the go-to person to solve client needs. Her experience as a Seniors’ Real Estate Specialist comes in handy with helping families transition loved ones to safer living environments, whether downsizing, upsizing, or staying in place. Nancy also lives in South Central Austin and focuses on new construction and resales North and South of the river as far Georgetown and San Marcos.
On a personal note, Nancy has been volunteering with her neighborhood elementary school as a community member on the CAC and stocking the teacher’s lounge with snacks & drinks. Her family is always number one, whether spending time in Houston or Galveston with an aging parent, or enjoying time with her extended family and friends in Austin, especially her adorable grandchildren and grand dogs. When free time is available, Nancy and Bill enjoy traveling, following local and global rugby, as well as local music, good food, and of course Aggie Football.
