The Women in Real Estate awards started from a discussion among a few professionals in the real estate industry. The conversation turned to how many amazing women dominate the industry.
We are honored that Carol Dochen was nominated for a Women in Real Estate Award!
This award honors women who are not only top producers in the Austin market, but who are also volunteers in the community they love. Carol strongly believes in public service, in giving back to the community by serving on boards and committees in a leadership capacity. She contributes to many local, national, and international organizations that have been created to take care of people.
For many years Carol has given a donation from each closing to Habitat for Humanity to show gratitude and goodwill for those in need. In addition, Carol supports and/or advocates for other women business owners or women in business by connecting with advocacy organizations focused on strengthening women’s voices in policy and in their personal communities. Carol mentors and assists many women looking to make a new career for them.
She is a mother, friend, colleague, boss, caretaker, community leader, and all-around amazing woman who leads by example with incredible integrity and is always looking for a way to give back to improve Greater Austin.
