In real estate, it’s easy to talk about numbers: interest rates, list prices, comps and days on the market. We need and love that data because it helps us protect you.

But if you asked our team what drives us — what gets us out of bed every morning! — we’d tell you this: YOU do! It’s your story, goals, worries, excitement and the life you’re building that drive us to excel at our careers in real estate.

Relationships: We’re “people” people

The truth is that most real estate agents love getting to know people. But it takes someone who gets a kick out of building friendships and helping others to stick around decade after decade.

I’ve been around long enough to know that agents who are more motivated by the final listing price than your needs don’t stick around long. They jump onto the next shiny career path.

Austin is a big city that still feels like a small town. We’re going to run into each other at H-E-B, on the trail at Town Lake or at the next restaurant opening.

We want to earn the kind of relationship where you can text us a year after closing to ask, “Do you have a great roofer?” and know you’ll get an honest answer.

Our work doesn’t end at the closing table. We’re here for the long haul.
